Dr. Jennifer Hole is a Dentist with ten years of experience in pediatric practice. After spending two years with a billion-dollar healthcare company aiding in their mergers and acquisitions, she decided to further her education. Dr. Hole graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2021 with her Master’s in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin’s, McCombs School of Business. It was in this program that she had the idea to create equitable language access in the healthcare space, and together with her partner created Root. This fall, Dr. Hole enrolled in the Advanced Finance Program at UPenn's, The Wharton School of Business and she hopes to use her training to bring Root to life. A proud mother of two and a military spouse to a Radiologist, Dr. Hole enjoys cooking and traveling with her family. Her initial vision sprouted Root based on her time serving patients and the “Donut Story”, as we now call it, highlights the need for accurate and available translation.
